Know Your Customer (KYC)

The Know Your Customer form has been made mandatory by the Government of Nepal. Please read further.

KYC (Know your customer) is the form consisting detailed information of the customers. It is mandatory by NRB (Nepal Rastra Bank) law to fill this form, which helps to identify the customers.
KYC is required for the verification of users who want to exceed their transaction limit of more than Nrs. 5,000 per month. Those who do not fill and submit the KYC, will be unverified for transactions above NPR 5,000 per month.
  1. Log in to your PayWell account through the application using mobile phones or computers.
  2. Click on the KYC.
  3. Fill up all the required details.
  4. Click on ‘submit’.

Load Funds

Quickly and easily load funds to you wallet.

  1. Log into your Paywell wallet account.
  2. Tap on ‘Load Fund’ button or ‘Bank icon’.
  3. Choose ‘Mobile banking’ or ‘E-Banking’.
  4. Choose your bank from the listed banks then click on ‘Continue’.
  5. Enter your desired amount, enter your mobile number and password provided by the bank.
  6. Click on the ‘Login’ button.
Only KYC verified users are allowed to send money from their account. So simply fill the KYC to get verified. Once it is verified, simply click on send money button, then click select your bank, enter your account name, account number and click send.

Person to person transfer is the transfer of your PayWell wallet balance to another person’s PayWell wallet. To send your money to other person’s wallet, simply follow the following steps:

  1. Open and ‘login’ to your wallet.
  2. Swipe right over your screen.
  3. Click on ‘transfer balance’ option.
  4. Enter the receiver’s username i.e. mobile number and click on the search icon.
  5. Enter the desired amount to be sent.
  6. Click on the ‘transfer’ button.
  7. Then finally, enter your pin code.
